My career thus far has spanned more than two decades spent mastering the world of leadership, service, and mission-driven execution on a global scale.

I was a former federal senior executive, leading organizations of more than 2,000 people, managing $80M+ portfolios, and making decisions with enterprise-wide impact, including serving as Dean of Professional Development at the National Cryptologic University.

Today, through Salient Change, I bring my experience into the nonprofit world as a thought partner to Executive Directors and CEOs, supporting them as they navigate complexity and lead what matters most - building the world our next generation of leaders will inherit.
